How to Create and Manage a Collection

A Collection groups multiple media items (videos, images, documents, quizzes) together for organized viewing. This helps users interact with related content more effectively.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you:

  • Belong to a group with Collection permission enabled

Create a Collection

  1. Select the Add New Media (+) icon.
  2. Select Create Collection.
  3. Enter a Title for your collection.
  4. Drag and drop media content into the collection area.
  5. Select Next.
  6. Configure settings (description, tags, access rights) as needed.
  7. Select Save or Save and Close.

Edit a Collection

  1. In VIDIZMO, go to Admin > Media Manager.
  2. Select the Published tab.
  3. Select your collection.
  4. Select Edit Collection.

Add Media

  1. Drag and drop additional media into the collection.
  2. Select Next to save changes.

Remove Media

  1. Select the X icon on the media item to remove it.
  2. Select Next to save changes.

Reorder Media

  1. Drag media items up or down to reorder them.
  2. Select Next to save changes.
