How to Create and Manage a Collection
A Collection groups multiple media items (videos, images, documents, quizzes) together for organized viewing. This helps users interact with related content more effectively.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you:
- Belong to a group with Collection permission enabled
Create a Collection
- Select the Add New Media (+) icon.
- Select Create Collection.
- Enter a Title for your collection.
- Drag and drop media content into the collection area.
- Select Next.
- Configure settings (description, tags, access rights) as needed.
- Select Save or Save and Close.

Edit a Collection
- In VIDIZMO, go to Admin > Media Manager.
- Select the Published tab.
- Select your collection.
- Select Edit Collection.
Add Media
- Drag and drop additional media into the collection.
- Select Next to save changes.
Remove Media
- Select the X icon on the media item to remove it.
- Select Next to save changes.
Reorder Media
- Drag media items up or down to reorder them.
- Select Next to save changes.
